When I first started out in baking, and adapting to lives changes.


When I first started out baking, things were not as technical as they are now. Fondant covering was not an opinion, it was more of a make your own frosting and their was no buttercream frosting. Now there is a different icing for whatever you are doing to the cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake-pops, etc. Decorating icing for making little decorations such as small flowers or small crowns as toppers for cupcakes. Royal Icing to aid in holding pieces on to the cake, or even gum paste.

Things have really changed through the years and with everything else you have to be able to adapt, and change as the "Technics " and "new tools" come on to the scene. Learning in what what every we are doing weather it be a hobby, job, or what ever. We have to be able to adapt to the new skills, Technics and policies of what ever life brings. So do you adapt, and accept or do you refuse to change for the best in life??
